Our Furniture and Styling service is an optional phase for clients seeking a full-service approach. Working closely with the project drawings, we guide spatial planning and configurations while developing a curated furniture concept, mood boards, and proposals to convey the overall look and feel. Once the client approves the furniture direction, we proceed to select and curate the furnishings and accessories for each space, ensuring a cohesive and refined outcome.
OUR PROCESS
Initial Consultation
Prior to commencing any project, we conduct a paid two-hour consultation to discuss the projects brief, objectives, budget, and scope of works.
We then request any available plans or preliminary concepts to help determine our project proposal.
Once our services are engaged, we guide our clients through a friendly structured, step-by-step process to achieve the desired project outcome.
Conceptual Design Development Phase
During the Conceptual Design Development phase, we collaborate closely with the client to shape the overall vision of the project. A curated mood and finishes board is presented to define the design language, materials, and key features. Once the direction is approved, we progress to bespoke cabinetry drawings and refined material selections.
Specification and Documentation Phase
Once the design direction and initial selections are approved, the project progresses to the Specification and Documentation Phase. This phase is delivered in two stages.
First, we accompany clients to selected showrooms to finalise materials, fixtures, and outstanding selections while reviewing the interior drawings and renders alongside the finishes palette.
The second stage involves preparing detailed construction documentation for builder pricing and construction.
Our team provides a detailed drawing package comprising:
- Spatial technical drawings – defining precise layouts and dimensions
- Detailed joinery drawings – illustrating bespoke cabinetry
- Lighting plans – coordinating mood, function, and architectural intent
- Fixtures and fittings schedules – specifying carefully selected elements
- Finishes schedule – presenting a refined palette to unify the design
